Special Meeting - April 26, 2012

The Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tularosa met in a Special Meeting at 7:00 P. m. on Thursday, April 26, 2012 in the Court/Conference Room of the Public Safety Facility located at 609 St. Francis Drive, Tularosa, New Mexico.

Present: Mayor Ray S. Cordova
Trustee Patrick A. Garcia
Trustee Fred O. Tyler

Absent: Trustee Gloria R. Sainz
Trustee Joseph Lueras

Also present was Village Attorney Jefferson Rhodes and Dianna Brusuelas-Guilez Village Clerk.

At 7:00 P. M. Mayor Ray S. Cordova called the meeting to order asking that all rise and join him in the Pledge of Allegiance and the Salute to the Flag of the State of New Mexico.

Item 1. Consideration of Agenda

Trustee Fred Tyler moved to approve the agenda as presented. Motion was seconded by Trustee Patrick Garcia. Motion carried.

Item 2. Approval of First Amendment to Lease Agreement between the Village of Tularosa and Plateau Telecommunications, Inc.

Attorney Jeff Rhodes explained that he was in touch with Plateau Communications and Megan Albert and John Puleo from American Tower Corporation in finalizing the amendment. Jason Bennett representing Plateau Communication's was also present for questions.

Trustee Patrick Garcia moved to approve the Amendment to Lease Agreement and was seconded by Trustee Fred Tyler.

Roll Call Vote: Trustee Garcia, aye. Trustee Tyler, aye.

With the Mayor also being in favor of the agreement the motion passed.

Item 3. Adjourn

Trustee Patrick Garcia moved to adjourn and was seconded by Trustee Fred Tyler.

There being no further business to come before the board the Special Meeting adjourned at 7:23 P. M.
