Trustee Fred Tyler questioned some of the gas purchases in the sewer fund. Village Clerk Dianna Brusuelas-Guilez said she would check and have a response for the meeting.

Several of the Board members expressed concern about the computer at the yard and wondered if it was necessary to have it there. Village Clerk Dianna Brusuelas

Guilez explained that it was put there to clock in but the time clock option no longer works and that when Reynaldo Guilez was Field Supervisor he would enter all the work orders and had an inventory in it, she was not sure if they were still utilizing the computer for those things. Mayor Cordova said he would look into the boards concerns.

Village Clerk Dianna Brusuelas-Guilez asked if Thursday, May 2nd at 1:00 would be a good day and time to hold budget hearings with Department Heads. The Mayor and the Board agreed that it would be good and asked if they could be presented with a balanced budget, then hear the department heads wishes.

Discussion on the barricades to block the streets for the fiesta was discussed. The Mayor and the Board said they could be set on the corners before they go home on Friday so as not to pay overtime.

There being no further business to come before the board the workshop ended at 6:58 P. M.
