TULAROSA, NM Streets Improvements
Construction Starting January 23, 2023

Construction activities are set to take place on Wildcat Turf Rd and Rita Lopez Lane in the Village of Tularosa beginning January 17, 2023. Construction crews will be onsite beginning January 23 ,2023.

Roads will be closed to thru traffic, but contractor will work to keep access for residents and the high school as needed but delays for access should be expected. Crews will be working from 7am to 6pm, be cautious of those working within the project limits and seek alternative routes when possible.

The project will consist of milling out existing asphalt on Wildcat Turf Rd and replacing subgrade, base course, and hot mix. Work on Rita Lopez Lane will consist of regrading roadway and placing hot mix.

This project is scheduled to be completed by May 2023.

Summer Watering Schedule

1. Residents with ODD numbered addresses shall be permitted to use the water on each WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY, and SUNDAY.

2. Residents with EVEN numbered addresses shall be permitted to use the water on each TUESDAY, THURSDAY, and SATURDAY.

3. Watering in the above manner shall be prohibited between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm.

4. No watering on Mondays!!

Community Center Now Available to Rent
