Village of Tularosa Regular Meeting will be Thursday, June 18
The Regular Meeting for the Village of Tularosa has been moved from Wednesday, June 17 to Thursday, June 18. The agenda will be provided as soon as it has been finalized.
Tulie Creek No Trespassing Prohibition
Tularosa Creek is prohibited under Chapter 34, Section 1, Section 17-4-6 NMSA 1978 and also constitutes Criminal Trespass. Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tularosa 2002 and Village of Tularosa Public Works Ordinance of 1978: 'Picnicking, eating, drinking, swimming, washing, wading, bathing, polluting, operating motor vehicles, creating a nuisance, etc. is prohibited withing a five-mile area above the village water intake on the Rio Tularosa' (Ord. 85 passed 7-18-1978). NM Statute 3-27-3 and the Village of Tularosa Title 5: Public Works Ordinances Chapter 52.01 - 52.10.
